What’s it like to live and work in San Francisco? How do I break into the industry? Who out there has an interest in Contra dancing? I need to connect with Commitment students and/or alumni on a grassroots project, are there others who might be interested? I am doing research on childhood obesity, are there alumni out there with expertise in this topic? I need recommendations for places to eat and stay in Denver?
The Commitment student and alumni database is a networking utility designed to connect students with alumni, students to students, and alumni to alumni, and facilitate the exchange of information, including answers to questions, similar to those listed above.
All users will have the opportunity to network with each other to learn about a specific career path, organization, industry, or geographic location; a hobby or interest, or to collaborate on a project or event.
All users must first accept the privacy policy and usage statement before creating and accessing their profile. Next, users must review and verify profile data that is already loaded into the system. Your profile must include preferred contact information, networking preferences, and your education. Once complete, you will have full access to all features of the utility, and the ability to manage the information seen by others.
To access the utility, you will use your Cornell NetID and password. Alumni who do not have a NetID or do not know your NetID can request one by going to: http://www.alumni.cornell.edu/netid/request.cfm. You may find your NetID by searching the online directory here: http://www.cornell.edu/search/?tab=people.
